The WinningTeam Group was created to respond to needs of 
coaches by providing quality coaching education through coaching 
clinics and playing opportunities through regional tournaments. The 
goal is to produce programs that are geographically accessible and 
affordable for economically disadvantaged urban communities and 
the surrounding region.

​​Coach Paul K. Johnson, founder of The WinningTeam Group, 
has coached youth sports in the Philadelphia area for over 20 
years. He noticed that his fellow coaching colleagues weren't
attending regional coaching clinics and also had difficulty finding 
affordable sports tournaments. Does this sound familiar to you too?

As a result of a coaches survey conducted in February 2012, The WinningTeam Group plans to provide quality solutions to other coaches needs such as field maintenance tips and products, background checks, ethics/sportsmanship training, and more.
