Eligibility: Teams from urban markets in DE & PA such as Philadelphia, Chester, Norristown, Pottstown, Lansdale, Bristol, Coatesville, Reading, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Allentown, Scranton-Wilkes Barre, York, Pittsburgh, Erie, Wilmington, Claymont, Newark/Bear, New Castle, Milford, and Dover.
Waiting List Eligibility: Teams from DC and urban markets in NJ, NY, OH, VA, WV and MD are invited to participate if tourament team slots are available.

Commissioner for Metropolitan Junior Baseball
League (MJBL). This national youth baseball
non-profit organization was formed in 1966 to
provide access to baseball in the segregated
city of Richmond, VA. MJBL is designed to provide
urban youth the opportunity to travel to other cities,
compete in the game of baseball and to be exposed
to diverse cultures.
